tremendous hurricane happened in Shunde polytechnic !

Look at the picture,can you feel terrible? On Tuesday nightfall,the tremendous hurricane happened in Shunde polytechnic .In that monent, I finished my supper and reached to my bedroom.The weather is usually change in spring, so when you go out, don't gorget to bring the rain gear.

My odol

Linzexu was born in a village in Fujian. He born in 1785 and died in 1850. His father loved him very much and wishes him to be a people who can offer to the society. So his father sent his to school to receive the education when he was 4 year’s old. He like handwriting and likes make a post. Once he come out a book which called “sizhouzhi”, its said that he was a great politician and thinker and poesy. We all know that he was working for the government in qingzhao.

When he working for the government in qingchao ,he honesty and care for the people .One year , the weather is very dry, the corn in the farm were all died. He leaded the people to dig the river, then lesded the river to water the corn. He was famous in the history, was call “the first people who open the eye to research the whole world”. His motto is “I will do whatever it takes to serve my country, in spite of forture or misfortune, even at the cost of my own life.” On that time so much opium were bring into China from England .That let the government lost a lot of money and hurt the people’ health. He follow the order to forbid the opium. He stick to protect the dominion and profit of China . He is really a great hero in Chinese history.

My memory about when I was a freshman in Shunde polytechnic!

This picture display that when I was a freshman in Shunde polytechnic.At that monent,Iwas talking with my foreign teacher about the homework, his name is Don.In my opinion,Don was a excellence teacher.He has a good temper and patience.he ia very talk and strong and he has a smile everyday.But now he is came back to Australia.I miss him now.Another boy is my classmate,his name is Ko.Ko is a very speciol student in my class.He always have some new ideas that without impression of the teacher.He is kindly and he help people when someone who is in trouble.

Preparing the online business

I build this blog in order to share my campus life with everybody; no matter visitors are students or workers in society. No matter the campus is big or small, its equipment is modern or simple, it has certain suitable for studying. And its various activities benefit you a great deal. I think campus life is one of the nice period in one’s life, everybody can’t forget it. So many people will miss the period when they study in college .So I collect something interesting and issue them in blog, then let some more people to share them.
So some of the visitors in my blog are college students, they enjoy my blog and issue their ideas in my blog. Some of them left their contact address there.
My target is to attract more and more students in this blog. Value your campus life, and try to keep it valuable. At the beginning, there is few visitors travel in my blog. So I spent some times to extend it and issue so more article in it, such as ask for some classmates and friends to visit my blog. But at last, I find that if I Built the blog with my heart, and support the authorship.

Customer relationship management

Today we have a class about customer relationship management. What is customer relationship management? CRM is a compositive IT technology, and is a new operator module too. It‘s the latest customer service technology. It’s a latest manage mechanism to improve relationship between corporation and customer. For example, Mr. Lee is a business man, he usually go to Beijing to purchase goods for several days, so he must book a room before he goes to Beijing. For one time before he go to Beijing. When he takes a call to book room, to his surprise, the telephonist said to him kindly:” What can I do for you Mr. Lee? ” Mr. Lee feels so surprise, he lived in this hotel just for one time, but the hotel marked his information. He was so happy that the hotel can remember him. Since that time, he becomes a familiar in this hotel. It’s a need to great a one-to-one relationship with many customers at time. For example, one super market will sent some best wishes to the customers on festival, for what? It’s in order to leave a good impression to customer. I think this is a good AD for the super market. If you are a customer, when you receive a card, you may be happy with their good service. For another example, there is a store near to my home. On weekend when I go back home, I like going shopping in this store. The landlady in this store is very kindly. When I buy things in this store, she likes to talk with me with smile; talking about some things interesting in her daily life and asking me something abut my campus life. If you buy things in her store, you will be very comfort.

Different counttries have different cultures

It is not easy to be a successful international businessman. How to communicate with foreigners and make people trust you rewires knowledge. You need some good skills to communicate with people just us a seed needs a good gardener to plant, it so that it can grow up fast.
Different counties have different cultures. In Canada and the U.S.A .do not arrives early if you are invited to someone’s home. In Indonesia, never point to anything with your foot, in South Korea, do not pass something to an older person or superior with only one hand. In Muslim countries, do not eat with your left hand, in Samoa, do not eat with your left hand, in Samoa, do not eat when you are walking in public, and in Thailand, never touch anyone except a child on the head.
Let me take about the culture about have supper. When you come into a restaurant with a foreign lady, you would help her to take a seat and ask her which food she would like and help her to order dishes. In China, if someone invited you to his family for dinner, you may bring a small gift to his home such as fruit. If a foreigner invites you to his home for supper, and you want to go with another friend, It is manner to notice the host and tell him you will bring another friend to.
The culture about drinking wine is different too. In foreign counties, drink more or drink less wine as you like, other people can not control you. But in our country if the host call you to drink more, you must drink more, if you will do not do that, the host will feel unhappy.
There are some religions in the world, different religions have different cultures. So do as a in international businessman, you must to know more about that. If you meet with a people who is Christianity, you mustn’t say something about “13” , mustn’t take him to the NO.13th is a very unlucky number, If you have dinner with someone who is Mohammedan, you can’t order food which make up about pork, they hate eating pork very much. And Indian people look at oxes as gods, so you can’t eat beef with them.
It’s impolite to ask someone’s age in foreign countries, age is a very sensitive question’s if you ask a lady will hate you. There is a need to leave some personal space for other people. But in China , there is no such need.
If you meet people who come from foreign countries , you can’t say “ did you have supper?” the foreigner will get you wrong that you will invite him to have supper. But in China ,”did you have supper?” Just us say ”hello” it’s very common in China , when you meet some.

Today, Miss Chen take for a interesting example in the class. She said that if one day you go to have a breakfast in a restaurant, but to your regret, there is no space for you on this moment. But the waiter told you that you will have a space after 30 minutes. But you only wait for 20 minutes; the waiter told you that there is a space fit for you, how happy you are! So you may enjoy your breakfast in this morning. But on other side, if the waiter promises you that there will have a space after 10 minutes. But you waited and waited, after 10 minutes, there still no space for you. How angry you are! Will you have a breakfast in this restaurant again? The answer is Denial. So if I was a boss, I will do a clever boss. I will let our customers confide in me, all service for the customers. And it’s sincerely to every customer. Do a successful business man; it’s a hard work for me, it’s no easy.

Let me choose it freely!

Some people said that they like to go shopping in super market .They said they can choose things which they want, that is very free .I agree on them very much, I think super market is very quiet and very clean, the shopping environment is very good too. The goods on the Shelf is orderly. If you want to buy a pen in super market, you can go to the department which all sells stationeries, and then choose a pen which fit for you, then put it in the shopping car and pay for it. It’s very easy and very convenient. But one time ,when I came to super market to buy a shampoo which call “rejoice” and brought some snack .So I went with a shopping cat, went straight to the shed, but a seller go follow me, I went fast she followed me fast and stare at me , I feel very Embarrassing. So I took up a bottle of shampoo, she got closed to me soon, and she took up another brand of shampoo, and hard sell that shampoo, she said this shampoo is very good, so many people like to buy it, she sell it very hard. I have to buy a bottle of shampoo which I didn’t prefer. From that time, I don’t like to go shopping in that super market. I believe not only me, so many people think so. The seller’s attitude is not good. Customers don’t like her.

Tomb Sweeping Day

Celebrated two weeks after the vernal equinox, Tomb Sweeping Day is one of the few traditional Chinese holidays that follows the solar calendar-- typically falling on April 4, 5, or 6. Its Chinese name "Qing Ming" literally means "Clear Brightness," hinting at its importance as a celebration of Spring. Similar to the spring festivals of other cultures, Tomb Sweeping Day celebrates the rebirth of nature, while marking the beginning of the planting season and other outdoor activities.

Qing Ming Jie in Ancient Times
In ancient times, people celebrated Qing Ming Jie with dancing, singing, picnics, and kite flying. Colored boiled eggs would be broken to symbolize the opening of life. In the capital, the Emperor would plant trees on the palace grounds to celebrate the renewing nature of spring. In the villages, young men and women would court each other.

The Tomb Sweeping Day as Celebrated Today
With the passing of time, this celebration of life became a day to the honor past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good harvests and more children.

Today, Chinese visit their family graves to tend to any underbrush that has grown. Weeds are pulled, and dirt swept away, and the family will set out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a family's home altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland food. One theory is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area, the less appealing food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered by strangers.

Honoring Ancestors
Honoring ancestors begins with proper positioning of a gravesite and coffin. Experts in feng shui, or geomancy, determine the quality of land by the surrounding aspects of streams, rivers, trees, hills, and so forth. An area that faces south, with groves of pine trees creates the best flow of cosmic energy required to keep ancestors happy. Unfortunately, nowadays, with China's burgeoning population, public cemetaries have quickly surplanted private gravesites. Family elders will visit the gravesite at least once a year to tend to the tombs.

While bland food is placed by the tombs on Qing Ming Jie, the Chinese regularly provide scrumptious offerings to their ancestors at altar tables in their homes. The food usually consists of chicken, eggs, or other dishes a deceased ancestor was fond of. Accompanied by rice, the dishes and eating utensils are carefully arranged so as to bring good luck. Sometimes, a family will put burning incense with the offering so as to expedite the transfer of nutritious elements to the ancestors. In some parts of China, the food is then eaten by the entire family.

Kites
Besides the traditions of honoring the dead, people also often fly kits on Tomb Sweeping Day. Kites can come in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and colors. Designs could include frogs, dragonflies, butterflies, crabs, bats, and storks.

The night piece in Shunde Polytechnic

How nice of the nigth piece in our campus. We feel very happy about that we can study in there. The entrance door which is shined by the light is fill with secret color .No mater was the dark, the campus still fill with the lively breath, many students and cars and bikes in and out.

The wisdom door is very attractive in the night, the light is soft, the wind is soft,do you feel comfortable there? There are so many wolds to describe our campus, but i can not describe with my hand !

Can see the big stone, which written the faith of Shunde Polytechnic ？Even though in night and day, we can see the faith clearly. It as a good teacher who remind of them, tell us to study hard!

The Salesperson who judge someone by apparent

On Sunday morning, I go shopping with my friend in daliang Walking Street. We wear very casual .T-shirt, jean and a pair of common shoes. When we came in a shop which sale sport clothes and shoes. My friend stood in shoe stand and search for a sport shoes which i\are the lately cycle. At the last, she fined white shoes which are on the high stand .It too high for me to catch them. So we shape our hands to the Salesperson, in order to ask for help. The Salesperson come formwork to us, but not to help me to catch that shoes, at the first he look at us from head to foot and look at our shoes, then he told us that shoes are 880 RMB not bargain. After we listened which he said, we didn’t pleasure, we all know that he though we can’t pay for this shoes .So he didn’t want to help me to catch that shoes. He judges someone by our apparent. On today, this attitude is not enough, we need warmer help. That let the customer will feel pleasure.

Service for the customers with smile!

I want to buy some clothes in a shop which name is “The girls’ world” .Why? Because Salespersons in this shop is very friendly, buy clothes in this shop your will feel very pleasure. The Salesperson like to smile to the customers, she’s smile is very sweet. Leant to smile to others, other will smile to you too. When someone service for you, don’t forget to say thank you to him and smile to he.
When you see someone smile to you will be happy. One day, I want to buy a sweater in this clothes shop ,I came in, she welcome me very warmly, then she let me choose my favorites sweater freely, and give me some good ideas.

At the last I prefer a sweater which is red, and I want to try in it. She help me to wear in it with smile, But to my surprise, I find this sweater didn’t fit for me, it’s too small to me. She let me wait for a moment, and take a telephone to another shop ask for help.

Another shop’s Salesperson sent a larger size sweater to me. And I ask the price, but am too dear, I didn’t have enough money to buy it, I so sorry to her, but she said “Thank you”, the attitude is very kind.

So since from this time, 1 like to buy clothes in this shop.I want to buy some clothes in a shop which name is “The girls’ world” .Why? when I was a child in elementary school,I usually use these erasers to clean the homeworkwhich have some mistakes. ^_^
